Carpets in need of a good cleaning? We partnered with Seals Restoration so you can have your rugs shampooed for a small cost to you! You can use this program twice a year!
How does it work?
Registration: Interested tenants must register at the MJHA office at 255 Caribou Street West, Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. The Tenant Services Officer will contact Seals Restoration and have them call you to set up a time. IMPORTANT: The tenant must be home to allow the contractor into their home.
Payment: Tenants make a cash payment at the time of registration. Cheques will not be accepted.
Who is Eligible?
Family tenants of the Moose Jaw Housing Authority who are in social housing and whose rent is geared-to-income. Rent must be current with no outstanding balances.
Tenants that have given their Notice to Vacate or are under an Eviction Order are not eligible.

Some Rules Apply
- Tenants must carry out the checklist requirements provided by the shampoo contractor. They will receive the checklist when they register.
- The shampoo contractor will not move furniture or items that the tenant is responsible to move
- This service is available only to current social housing tenants with the Moose Jaw Housing Authority.
- Please contact the Tenant Services Officer if you are not satisfied with the service.
